DC Axial Cooling Fans
Compare SXDOOL brushless DC axial fans by frame size, installation depth and DC supply. Shortlist the exact configuration, then validate the sample in the completed equipment.
Choose a DC fan for the installed air path
Installation envelope: Record frame width, height and depth, mounting pattern, inlet clearance and cable exit. Keep fan dimensions separate from the panel opening and assembly envelope. For a shallow installation, review the 12012 slim DC fan family and confirm the ordered model.
Supply and interface: State the available DC rail, startup supply budget, connector and pinout. Specify speed-control input, speed feedback and alarm output separately. The SXD6038B24H-RDP configuration page is a review route; request matching electrical documentation.
Air path: Describe heat sources, intake and exhaust openings, filters, grilles and restrictions. Request the pressure-flow curve and test conditions for the proposed configuration. Free-air airflow alone does not establish cooling in the finished equipment.
Release evidence: Include the full model, installation drawing, operating conditions and acoustic target. Use our technical-document resource and request route to request the matching revision. Voltage and signal options remain model-specific.
Use the 120mm fan-depth selection guide, then send mounting space, supply, signal requirements and the required airflow at system pressure in your DC fan RFQ.
12012 Slim DC Axial Fan | 120 x 120 x 12 mm
12012 slim DC axial fan family. Use this 120 x 120 x 12 mm platform when installation depth is the first constraint. Select a voltage-specific 5V, 12V or 24V configuration, then review inlet clearance, cable exit and the actual equipment airflow path before RFQ. Photos show an SXD12012S12M 12V sample; confirm the ordered configuration separately.
Equipment-specific review: Digital signage and display-enclosure cooling. Review installation depth, heat sources, ventilation resistance and noise requirements before requesting a configuration-matched sample.
9238 92mm 12V/24V/48V High-Pressure Fan Series | Dual Ball Bearing
92 × 92 × 38 mm OEM series · 12V / 24V / 48V configurations
High-speed, high-pressure cooling with dual ball bearings, a copper center tube and a riveted five-blade impeller. Featured model: SXD9238B24H-PWM, 24V / 1.50A / 10,000 RPM, four-wire PWM + FG. Specify voltage, duty point, protection, signals and wiring for your sample and batch quotation.
SXD6038B24H-RDP 24V PWM Cooling Fan
60 x 60 x 38 mm, 24V DC high-speed fan with PWM control and RDB locked-rotor alarm. Ball bearing; 1.1 A rated running current and 1.40 A startup current.
- Speed
- 16500 RPM +/-10%
- Current
- 1.1 A running / 1.40 A startup
- Maximum airflow
- 68.5 CFM at zero static pressure
- Maximum static pressure
- 87.6 mmH2O at zero airflow
Maximum airflow and maximum static pressure are different endpoints, not a simultaneous duty point. Review the matching P-Q curve and alarm interface before selecting a sample.
Where to Evaluate This Configuration
Consider a review for compact power electronics or auxiliary cabinet cooling where the documented frame, 24V supply, PWM input and RDB alarm match the design. Compare the installed duty point and acoustic budget before selecting a sample.
Choose another configuration if the controller requires FG RPM feedback, the supply is not compatible, or the noise limit cannot accommodate this high-speed fan. Do not infer server, EV charger or medical-equipment approval from the application name.
Request an SXD6038B24H-RDP technical review with your mounting drawing, pressure-flow requirement and alarm logic. Request configuration-matched documents.
Equipment-specific review guides: Compact edge-computing nodes · Network switches and routers. Use the guides to prepare your mounting, airflow and interface requirements; inclusion does not establish tested compatibility.
SXDOOL 120x120x38mm 24V Three-Wire DC Axial Fan with RD Stop Detection & Alarm Indicator
120x120x38mm 24V three-wire brushless DC axial fan with an RD stop-detection output and external alarm indicator. Designed for industrial cooling and OEM projects where a stopped-fan condition needs a visible or controller-level indication. Final pinout, alarm circuit, electrical interface, and performance data must follow the approved production specification.
