Refund Policy

This policy explains how SXDOOL handles returns, samples, custom fan projects, quality claims, and refund requests for B2B cooling fan orders.

Quick Summary

Standard stocked items Return requests should be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging unless the issue is a confirmed quality problem.
Custom or OEM items Custom fan models, modified wiring, connectors, labels, packaging, voltage versions, samples made to RFQ, and project-specific builds are normally not returnable after approval and production.
Quality claims SXDOOL reviews photos, videos, label photos, test records, batch information, and the application environment before confirming repair, replacement, credit, or refund.

When a Return May Be Accepted

  • The product received is materially different from the confirmed quotation, invoice, or approved sample.
  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect not caused by installation, wrong voltage, blocked airflow, abnormal environment, or unauthorized modification.
  • The item is a standard non-custom product and is returned unused, clean, complete, and protected in original packaging.

How to Start a Request

  1. Email david@sxdool.com with order number, model, quantity, destination country, and issue description.
  2. Attach product photos, label photos, packaging photos, installation photos, and test videos where relevant.
  3. SXDOOL will provide written return instructions if a return is approved.

Shipping Cost Responsibility

If the issue is confirmed as an SXDOOL manufacturing or fulfillment error, SXDOOL will discuss reasonable return or replacement shipping cost with the buyer. Buyer-side selection changes, installation errors, or destination-side issues are normally the buyer’s responsibility.
