Shipping Policy
This policy explains how SXDOOL arranges international shipment for samples, small-batch custom fan orders, and bulk cooling fan production orders.
Shipping Methods
- International express courier for samples, urgent replacement parts, and small parcels.
- Air freight for time-sensitive production batches.
- Sea freight for larger batch orders where lower freight cost is more important than speed.
- Buyer-appointed forwarder pickup from China when agreed before dispatch.
Processing and Lead Time
Processing time starts after product specifications, quotation, payment terms, shipping method, and delivery details are confirmed. Custom or OEM cooling fan orders may require sample approval, reliability testing, packaging confirmation, or batch inspection before shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, and destination-side compliance requirements are normally the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery Issues
- If tracking shows delay, damage, or exception, contact david@sxdool.com with the tracking number and photos where available.
- If packaging is visibly damaged, take photos before opening and keep the carton and labels for carrier claim evidence.
