SXDOOL centrifugal blower fans are intended for equipment that must move air through a restrictive path. Unlike an axial fan, a centrifugal blower turns the airflow through an outlet and is often better suited to ducts, compact heat sinks, power modules, air knives and enclosures where useful static pressure matters more than free-air volume.

Choose a blower by its operating point
Start with the required airflow and static pressure in the assembled equipment. Filters, narrow channels, bends, grilles and dense heat sinks all add resistance. The correct selection is where the blower P-Q curve intersects the system-resistance curve, not the maximum CFM or maximum pressure endpoint.

Airflow and static pressure: defines the required operating point.
Voltage and current limit: matches the available power rail and startup budget.
Inlet and outlet geometry: controls fit, direction and system resistance.
PWM, FG or RD signals: defines speed control and fault monitoring.
Ambient and duty cycle: supports bearing, material and thermal review.
Cable and connector: prevents integration changes after sampling.

Factory-direct blower customization
For OEM/ODM projects, SXDOOL can review voltage, speed, bearing option, cable length, connector, airflow direction and control signals against the application. Every proposed model should be validated in the finished airflow path, including loaded filters or other end-of-service restrictions.

Use the SXDOOL Fan Selector for an initial shortlist, or send the pressure-flow target and mechanical drawing through the engineering contact form.
